APPLE JAM..........mmmmmmmmm........

It's JAM-TIME today.......!!!!!
The apple-tree is full with delicious apples and my hubby and I are apple-jam-fans!!!
So we make apple-jam today.
First of all: peel a lot of apples, then rasp them and cook them with water, sugar, jelly sugar, cinnamon & thick apple juice. Add soms raisins if you wish....(yep we do)...and start cooking.........
Cook & stir this mass for several minutes.
Meanwhile sterilize the jam bottles with boiling water and a bit of soda.
And then........fill the jam bottles........
Result: see below. A lot of apple-jam!!!!
We use it on bread, cracker, yoghurt and for apple pies with wipped cream.
Yummie.........
Pitty you cannot smell the fragrance of this.....it smells wonderful in our kitchen....mmmmmm
